Gatchalian: Curlee Discaya to be moved to PNP custody

Senate President Pro Tempore Win Gatchalian late on Friday confirmed that the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) at the Senate of transferring contractor Curlee Discaya to the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
