MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto on Thursday presented evidence of alleged corruption involving suspended Barangay Manggahan officials, including supposed ghost projects and a wheelchair procurement that may have deprived persons with disabilities of assistance funded by taxpayers.
