St. Petersburg Economic Forum Opens Under Shadow of Ukrainian Drone Strikes

The annual St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) opened on Wednesday under a cloud of black smoke after Ukrainian drones struck a nearby oil terminal and naval hub earlier in the morning.
