The House of Representatives has approved the proposed Right to Information Act. Over two-hundred eighty lawmakers voted “yes” to the bill. The bill aims to establish a framework for citizens to address records and documents from all three government branches. It also covers state firms and state universities and colleges, constitutional commissions, local government units, and other government offices.
