LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — In what authorities describe as a significant victory in the fight against human trafficking and child exploitation, three operators of a videoke bar in Pangasinan have been sentenced to life imprisonment after a court found them guilty of qualified trafficking in persons involving four minor girls.
