2026年5月，印度和巴基斯坦經歷罕見的提早的高溫熱浪。許多地區氣溫超過45攝氏度，個別地區甚至接近50度。氣象學家稱，這波熱浪是近些年來最嚴重的一次。特別是印度北部和中部以及拉賈斯坦邦周邊的乾旱地區最為嚴重。
