THE Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) welcomed the appointment of Rolando Toledo to its Board of Trustees and paid tribute to outgoing Trustee Beatriz Torno for her years of public service, as the state pension fund strengthens its governance and improves its services for members and pensioners.
