Senate sergeant-at-arms' 26 shots when there was no attack on Senate 'overkill,' says probers

MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) on Friday said the 26 shots fired by then Sergeant-At-Arms Mao Aplasca during the May 13 Senate shooting was an “overkill.”
