CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), in partnership with the local government of Masinloc in Zambales, has trained 96 members of Bantay Dagat to strengthen protection and enforcement efforts within the Masinloc and Oyon Bay Protected Landscape and Seascape (MOBPLS).
