國際學生學費：法國漲價惹爭議，德國仍然最便宜

（德國之聲中文網）上月宣佈的"選擇法國高等教育"計畫，擬取消一項豁免機制。此前法國大學根據這一機制，將非歐盟學生的學費維持在與歐盟學生相同的水準。
