PRESIDENTIAL Peace Adviser Mel Senen Sarmiento on Sunday has instructed the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (Opapru) to closely coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) to ensure that former New People's Army (NPA) combatants and non-combatants are provided immediate and necessary support following the recent eruption of Mayon Volcano.
