SK hynix to break ground on 2nd phase of 1st fab in Yongin chip cluster in Aug.: sources

SEOUL, May 14 (Yonhap) -- SK hynix Inc. will break ground on the second phase of the structural framework for its first fabrication plant at its planned semiconductor cluster in Yongin, south of Seoul, in August, industry sources said Thursday.
