Senator Bato Dela Rosa has reportedly slipped out of the Senate building early this morning. This was disclosed by a senator who requested anonymity. The senator says he received reliable information that Dela Rosa secretly left the Senate at about 2:30 a.m. The NBI is verifying this report. NBI Director Melvin Matibag says they may ask the Senate and also the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms whether Dela Rosa is no longer inside the Senate premises.
