The Kilinochchi Crimes Investigation Division has arrested a 25-year-old man and his 20-year-old wife in connection with ten daytime house burglaries. The arrests were made following a crime prevention operation in Kilinochchi town, where police uncovered a massive haul of stolen property and gold jewellery valued at Rs. 7.5 million.
