NBI chief: Drilling near Senate-GSIS building to secure premises

MANILA, Philippines — National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Melvin Matibag on Thursday said that drilling activities near the Senate-Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) boundary was conducted to secure the premises amid tension in the area.
