High Court to hear petitions against Netanyahu’s Mossad chief pick Gofman

The High Court of Justice is set to hear petitions Tuesday against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s decision to appoint Maj.-Gen. Roman Gofman as the next head of the Mossad, in a case that has placed one of Israel’s most sensitive security appointments under rare judicial scrutiny.
