France enacts law to ease returns of looted art to ex-colonies

It's a long-awaited step in Africa's struggle to get back its cultural heritage. French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday officially enacted legislation to simplify the return of artworks looted during the colonial era to their countries of origin.
