A second Qatari liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker, the Mihzem, is traversing the Strait of Hormuz, following the successful passage of a similar cargo this weekend. These cargoes are headed to Pakistan, which has reportedly obtained an arrangement with Iran to secure the safe passage of LNG shipments.
