Court orders arrest of chief monk, mother for sexually abusing minor

Anuradhapura Chief Magistrate Siyapath Sasidu Wickramaratne yesterday (8) ordered the Nittambuwa Police to immediately arrest and produce before Court the Atamasthanadhipathi of Anuradhapura, Ven. Pallegama Hemarathana Thera and the mother of the victim, over allegations of sexually abusing a 15-year-old minor.
