Five Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between Viet Nam and Sri Lanka covering several key sectors at the Presidential Secretariat in the presence of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, Tô Lâm yesterday (8).
