COTABATO CITY - The Commission on Elections has accredited the political party of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) to compete in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary polls, sparking jubilation among supporters of continued peaceful means to end decades of secessionist rebellion in the south.
