Industry and Entrepreneurship Development Deputy Minister Chathuranga Abeysinghe told Parliament yesterday that the Government has provided collateral-free loans to 1,600 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the National Credit Guarantee Institution Limited (NCGIL) for the first time in history.
