Lee sends ex-lawmaker as special envoy to Costa Rican president's inauguration

SEOUL, May 6 (Yonhap) -- President Lee Jae Myung will send a former lawmaker as his special envoy to attend the upcoming inauguration of Costa Rica's new president, Laura Fernandez Delgado, a presidential spokesperson said Wednesday.
