Colombo Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama yesterday (05) ordered the release of Kapila Chandrasena, the former CEO of SriLankan Airlines, on bail. Chandrasena had been held in remand custody in connection with the alleged acceptance of a $2 million bribe during the procurement of Airbus aircraft for the airline.
