The Illegal Assets Investigation Division (IAID) of the Central Criminal Investigation Bureau (CCIB) has frozen assets valued at over Rs.40 million allegedly acquired through drug trafficking by an individual known as “Dubai Asitha”, the chief accomplice of large-scale drug trafficker Salindu Malshitha Gunaratne, alias “Panadura Kudu Salindu.”
