The 14th Kala Eli Mangalyaya (graduation ceremony) for the vesting of traditional headgear (Hisa Ves and Sheershabharana), organised by the Sankha Bhawana Kalayathanaya in Chilaw, will be held on May 9. The ceremony is scheduled to commence at 7 a.m. at the Chilaw Sri Wijayarama Temple and will be conducted under the guidance of Deshabandu Nruthya Visharada Thushara Jayasinghe and teacher Nilanthi Dasanayake.
