Treasury’s External Resources Department Assistant Director Ranga Nishantha Rajapaksa (50) who was suspended and a imposed travel ban over an alleged misdirection of US$ 2.5 million during a debt repayment to Australia was found dead under mysterious circumstances yesterday (30).
