At the 50th HNB National Age Group Swimming Championship 2026 held at the Sugathadasa Stadium Swimming pool Complex Colombo Sanumi Nehansa of Lyceum, Panadura produced a fine performance in the Under-13 category. She won the silver medal in the 200m freestyle with a time of 2:36.87 and took the bronze medal in the 100m freestyle with a time of 1:12.26.
