A discussion on the organisation of the annual Esala Maha Perahera of Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya and the provision of sponsorship was held at the Presidential Secretariat, under the chairmanship of President’s Secretary Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake on Wednesday (29).
