The premier Tamil literary organisation Kambar Kalagam which was established in Jaffna in 1980 and has a long history of staging several literary festivals despite the civil strife in the Jaffna Peninsula will honour President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the organisation’s literary festival on May 3rd this year.
