Vietnam’s President To Lam is scheduled to address Parliament on May 8 and this, along with the Parliamentary business, was decided at the meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business held on Monday (27) under the chairmanship Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne, according to Parliament’s Secretary General Kushani Rohanadeera.
