Thai police arrest Indonesian wanted for $10M cyberfraud

BANGKOK, THANILAND — Police in Thailand have arrested an Indonesian who allegedly defrauded Americans of about $10 million, Thai authorities said Sunday, adding that they will extradite him to the United States.
