Mojtaba Khamenei awake, aware, but IRGC commanders actually running Iran - report

Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is "mentally sharp and engaged," and is managing the country through a "board" of trusted Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commanders, according to a Thursday report by The New York Times, citing senior Iranian officials.
