The Bangsamoro Empowerment and Social Transformation Party (BEST Party) is a regional political party in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), led by its president, Al-Rashid Balt, who also serves as director general of the Bangsamoro Ministry of Public Order and Safety.
