Police seek arrest warrant for truck driver for fatally striking rallygoers in Jinju

CHANGWON, South Korea, April 22 (Yonhap) -- Police said Wednesday they have filed for an arrest warrant for the driver of a truck that ran into a group of rallygoers earlier this week, killing one and injuring two others.
