The Government is accommodating the internationally celebrated Walk for Peace pilgrimage from April 21 to 28. Venerable Pannakara Thera is leading the delegation that arrived in Sri Lanka on Friday.Their itinerary begins with a visit to the Attanagalla Raja Maha Viharaya, followed by Anuradhapura, where they will receive a sapling from the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya before proceeding towards the Ruwanweli Maha Saya.
