A life-saving push took center stage in Cebu as a nationwide hands-only CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) training program expanded here, drawing students, volunteers, and frontline workers into a coordinated emergency response drive. The Sagip CPR campaign gathered about 1,500 participants at the Southwestern University PHINMA Aznar Coliseum on Monday, marking its formal rollout in the Visayas.
