Over 150 free cataract surgeries were done recently at the National Eye Hospital in Colombo sponsored by the Vision of Love Organisation, UK and V& Eye Vision Centre. The surgeries were the first phase of the Restoring Sight Rebuilding 1,000 Lives programme initiated by the Lions Club of Jawatte Summit District 306 D7.
