（德國之聲中文網）數日來，德國防長皮斯托裡烏斯一直在試圖解釋關於德國「兵役適齡」男性出國需報備一事。根據1月1日生效的新《兵役法》中的一項規定，17至45歲的男性若計畫出國停留超過三個月，似乎需要提前通知德國聯邦國防軍。
