The Ex-Servicemen’s Institute is modest four-storey building in the heart of Fort. With the YMCA and the old Delft Gateway for neighbours, the Institute is situated in Sir Razeek Fareed Mawatha. Bus commuters are familiar with this section of Fort; “Telecom Bus Stop” is the common nomenclature.
