An all-night Pirith chanting ceremony will be held at the Lake House premises today (23) to commemorate the 140th birth anniversary of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL) founder D. R. Wijewardene, followed by a Sanghika Daana (Alms-giving for Bhikkus) tomorrow (24), with the participation of the ANCL management and staff.
