MANILA, Philippines — Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) opened a new route connecting Manila to the dive sites and marine wonders of Koror, Palau to reinforce Manila's position as a "key regional transit hub while strengthening its role as a gateway for medical tourism."
