The Government has launched the “Yativara Mapiya Nivahana” National Programme with the objective of ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of the Buddha Sasana, while also providing peace of mind to monks devoted to the advancement of Buddhism by supporting their parents who face economic hardships and lack adequate housing.
