New Israeli app tracks disaster victims in real time, speeds emergency response

When disaster strikes – whether caused by human hands or by nature – emergency responders on the scene must quickly locate people in the immediate area, identify and treat the injured, locate the missing, and arrange lodging and care for those whose homes have been damaged or destroyed.
