MANILA, Philippines - Authorities nearly captured fugitive businessman Charlie “Atong” Ang at an undisclosed location in the Philippines, but arresting officers—including Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla—arrived too late, the DILG chief said Friday.
