A discussion was held at the Presidential Secretariat, on the National Commission on Women, under the patronage of Chairperson of the Parliamentary Women’s Caucus and Women and Child Affairs Minister Saroja Savithri Paulraj and Secretary to the President Dr.Nandika Sanath Kumanayake yesterday.
