法籍毒販在中國被執行死刑 法方表示「震驚」

（德國之聲中文網）巴黎方面在一份聲明中說，62歲的陳森（Chan Thao Phoumy）出生於寮國，儘管法國當局「作出了包括基於人道主義理由為這位本國公民爭取赦免在內的努力」，他仍被執行死刑。
