The funeral of veteran journalist Bhakthi Dharmapriya Mendis who died last Friday after a motor traffic accident in Athruguriya took place yesterday at Dadalla public cemetery amidst a large crowd of family, relatives, colleagues from the media fraternity and friends and old boys of his alma mater Richmond College, Galle.
