The Sub-Committee on Youth Entrepreneurship (SCYE), appointed by the Sectoral Oversight Committee (SOC) on Education, Manpower and Human Capital, convened in Parliament on Jan 21, 2026 under the chairmanship of MP Sunil Rajapaksha, with the objective of taking necessary measures to nurture young entrepreneurs through the National Youth Services Council (NYSC).
