Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Moscow, Dr. Saman Weerasinghe, who was awarded the Order of Friendship in recognition of his long-standing contribution to strengthening and developing relations between Sri Lanka and Russia, was felicitated at a ceremony held at the Kelaniya Rajamaha Viharaya on Sunday(18).
